Space Access FAQs
Thursdays from 11am–4pm. Requests can be made for up to 60 minutes. Based on staff capacity and feedback, we may extend the daytime access hours and/or the length of time you can reserve a room.
Depending on the date, the large theater (118 seats), small theater (46 seats), workshop room (12 seats) and edit lab (6 computer stations) are available. Please make requests based on the number of people or space needs that you have, and we will find the right room for you. All rooms have wifi. The workshop room is the least accessible room.
Fill out the form below with your contact information and details about your space need.
The requests will be reviewed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You will receive an email reply to your request from spaceaccess (at) nwfilmforum.org. We will do our best to reply to all requests within the week they are made.
At this time, we only have the capacity to process requests via email.
A staff person will greet you, show you to the room, and share the wifi info, but there is no staff support for your meeting. Computers and software in the edit suite will be accessible, login information will be provided for bookings in that space. The workshop room has speakers and a projector which can connect to your laptop via HDMI and thunderbolt.
Not at this time.
You can make weekly requests. We will try to accommodate as many requests as possible each week.
Yes, Open Lab! Open Lab provides free access to the edit lab on Tuesday evenings. The edit lab has six iMac editing stations with Final Cut X and Adobe CC2015 available. Open Lab is a great time to meet collaborators and get networked with the NWFF editing community.
No; please respect our space by keeping it clean!
