About

This interactive workshop develops personalized strategies and tools to green-light your work as an artist. Together, we’ll explore methods to develop your authentic voice and bring clarity to your creative vision — with an emphasis on organization, prioritization, team building, financing, goal setting, and deadlines.

The objective is to empower artists who have a story to tell with tools to build a business model around their creative work — and to inspire each other to build the part of our careers we can control.

Unlike film schools or industry programs that emphasize high-budget studio models, this live, hands-on workshop provides scalable strategies for micro-budget short films, ULB features, and independent TV.

Workshop Agenda:

  • Why Me? Why Now? – Develop Your Authentic Voice, A curiosity practice
  • From Deadline to Inception — Align goals and reverse-engineer your roadmap
  • Build Your Team / Raise Your Budget — Real-world strategies for outreach and execution
  • Breakout Groups by Budget Level — Pitch planning tailored to your project size
  • Collaborative Presentations + Producer Q&A — Refine your Whiteboard plan with live feedback
  • Proof-of-Concept Screening — See how it all plays out on screen with producer commentary

Whether you’re just starting out or ready to pitch to executives, this session meets you where you are — and helps move your idea one step closer to “Greenlight.”
