During Children’s Film Festival Seattle and throughout the year, young students can participate in a range of hands-on workshops.

We are happy that you’ve signed up for a workshop. In case your plans change, here is our Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- 100% refund if we receive your cancellation notice via email at least (10) business days before the first day of the program.
- 50% refund if we receive your cancellation notice via email at least (5) business days before the first day of the program.
- Refunds can take up to (30) business days to process and transfer.
Enrollment Requirements:
Workshops specifically must meet the minimum enrollment requirement to launch (minimum enrollment varies). Students will be notified in advance if there is limited enrollment for a workshop.
If a workshop does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, it will be canceled or rescheduled. Participants can receive a full credit for the amount of the workshp or a full refund.
Workshop payments may only be applied for the single workshop that you have registered to attend. You may re-take a workshop for an additional registration fee. Meaning, once you have attended a workshop (whether paid or unpaid), you cannot re-take the same workshop for free.
Media Usage:
Northwest Film Forum and affiliates may take photos or film during workshops and events to use on its website or in other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please email education@nwfilmforum.org prior to attending the workshop.
