About
The 2026 gala theme is “Northwest Noir.” We’re embracing the world of film noir, jazz clubs, and speakeasies for this year’s festivities. In a world of doublespeak, we are clearly stating who we are: a third place where people can come together to celebrate, build community, and possibly even join a revolution. Filmmakers, musicians, beatniks, bootleggers, and revolutionaries welcome!
Jackson Street and the CD were historically the center of the Seattle jazz scene because of the underground nightclubs that emerged during the Prohibition era. We are hosting our gala at Washington Hall, right down the street from where all that incredible music began. In the jazz era they knew how to how to throw a party. We aim to continue that tradition.
When they go low, we go underground.
Your ticket not only grants you access to an unforgettable event but also fuels our mission to support emerging voices in cinema through community access, apprenticeships, and artist support services. Indulge in the classic gala experience with cocktails, cuisine, great entertainment, and glamorous red carpet moments.
Dress Code
No need for a suit unless that’s your thing—this is more black turtlenecks, leather jackets, silk dresses and trench coats.
Sponsorship
We’re looking to partner with individuals and companies that can help bring the event to life. Interested? Become a gala sponsor!
