Are you a filmmaker or editor who wants practical hands-on experience with professional quality footage and an editor who has worked on narrative features like Lane 1974 and The Night Stalker?
Get deep into the details of editing stories in this three-session workshop taught by Celia Beasley.
In session one, learn how to to set yourself up for a great creative working relationship. Session two will focus on crafting a scene, with examples from Celia’s work and provided footage for you to practice techniques on as well. In the third session you’ll work on fixing a scene, or what to do when things didn’t work out just right.
This workshop requires experience using professional editing software, and is great for students who are comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro and want to practice craft and technique more. Computers running Adobe Premiere Pro are provided.
