The Shadow Council is a people’s legislative body / satirical current events forum hosted by Brett Hamil (of The Seattle Process). Expert Witnesses will present findings on topics both local and national. The Assembly will submit proposed legislation, public comment, questions and complaints.

This meeting of the council might be the most packed agenda to date. Guests include:

• Real Change News founder Timothy Harris will present Proposed Legislation for the Council to vote on
• School Board candidate/Capitol Hill uber-advocate Zachary DeWolf will talk about his campaign and propose some Legislation
• Mayoral candidate Jessyn Farrell will answer some Qs
• The wrestlers of 3-2-1 BATTLE will fight a PROXY BOUT over urbanist policy, with play-by-play from Jake Stratton!
• Julie Chang Schulman will talk about the Artist Coalition for Equitable Development’s work fighting displacement and will close the show with a song from Sword Scool, her hip-hop duo with Suntonio Bandanaz
• As usual, we’ll be presenting YOUR questions, comments, complaints and proposed legislation from the Democracy Bucket™
