“While Lazer Kitty might be expected to reach for the stars (so to speak) in our choice of film, we felt Ridley Scott’s Legend — with its wall-to-wall, timeless, deeply immersive fantasy world — was the perfect fit. Darkness and light, as with all natural dynamics, are important thematic resources for Lazer Kitty and our music. We already explore these themes sonically, and the opportunity to perform our music alongside a film that vividly illustrates good and evil, innocence and guilt, love and fear — in such a strikingly beautiful way — was too good to pass up.
