About

In this work, Andres takes the visual threshold of a graphic novel and translates that to an enticing film. An artist is hired by a wealthy couple to paint a double portrait of themselves; the project is spanned over a three day period. As he advances in the portrait he learns much more about the couple, which pulls him into a world of betrayal and self-doubt. This unique form of storytelling is supplemented by Andres’ art style, and the result is a beautiful and haunting feature.
