About

Note: BIPOC Filmmaker Happy Hour has moved from weekly Virtual sessions to a once-a-month in-person gathering for the summer!

  • Thursday, August 26 @ 5:00pm – Jefferson Park, in Beacon Hill, at 16th Ave. S and S Dakota St. (near the Food Forest entrance)

BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) in the filmmaking game: drop by a weekly Happy hour! We want to hold space for BIPOC joy and connection. We might drink a little, laugh a little, and talk about film — what we’re watching, creating, what you want to do in the industry, and what you need. Join us weekly, monthly, or whenever you can.

Please also consider our meetup for filmmakers, The Get Together, and weekly Open Script Read for writers.
