About
Join us Thursday, Jan. 21 for the virtual premiere of Danny Denial’s BAZZOOKA, co-presented by Northwest Film Forum & The Vera Project.
BAZZOOKA is a visual document of the Black experience in 2022, starring The Black Tones‘ Eva Walker, Seattle’s premier drag duo LÜCHI, Beverly Crusher‘s Cozell Wilson, and an all-Black soundtrack, crowdfunded by the local community to employ and elevate Black creatives in Seattle.
The party starts at 7pm PST with a live Zoom Q&A with the filmmakers and cast members, as well as a preview of the soundtrack. Then at 8pm PST the chat will continue as we screen the 20-minute first episode of the series! (The episode will simultaneously stream to YouTube Live.) RSVP for the Zoom link and continue to support the film (resuming production once safety permits per WA state production laws) by donating on Gofundme.
After episode #5, BAZZOOKA's production was put on pandemic pause.
Donate to help them resume production as soon as restrictions ease up enough!
