It’s been seven years since former piano prodigy Jack Ridge (Jason London from Dazed and Confused!) last played in public. Now he lives on his father’s rundown farm outside his hometown of Paget, Texas spinning his wheels—afraid of change and the future. With the help of his friend Phillip and persistent teen Alyssa, he prepares for a performance at a local piano competition that will hopefully mend his low spirits.
“… the quietly captivating feature directorial debut of local filmmaker David Franklin, is about the long shadow cast by past glories, as well as the necessity—and the often-scary uncertainty—of moving forward.” – Tony Kay, CityArts
