Ages 8+

In this program of exquisitely animated short films from nine countries, you’ll travel over moonscapes and take wing across technicolor skies. These films, all nonverbal, invite you to linger in the cool shadow of dreams.

Elsa and the Night

Based on a picture book that has been translated into seven languages, this dreamlike film tells the story of Elsa, an old badger who can’t sleep because of her memories of the loss of her dear friend. Finally, she is able to release her memory and embrace the night.
